Led by three brothers - David, Daniel and Mike - there's a sense of high-quality craftsmanship in everything about the Red House: from the exposed wood beams and communal tables to the food and drinks.  With over 20 years of experience, Chef Adam James Park creates a variety of impressively nuanced takes on traditional dishes using local and organic ingredients whenever possible.
